Another fresh Western Disturbance is likely to affect Western Himalayan Region after 3 days . Under their influence, Light to moderate rainfall and snowfall are expected over Jammu & Kashmir for the next 4-5 days, while Uttarakhand may experience similar conditions after two days, lasting for the following three days. Light to moderate rainfall is also likely over Punjab, Haryana, and West Uttar Pradesh after two days, and over Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Chhattisgarh in 3-4 days. A cyclonic circulation lies over East Bangladesh in lower tropospheric levels. Under its influence, Light to moderate rainfall, accompanied by thunderstorms and lightning, is likely at a few places over Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, and Meghalaya over the next two days. Arunachal Pradesh may also experience isolated hailstorms. Due to the influence of an easterly wave, light to moderate rainfall, along with thunderstorms and lightning, is likely at a few places over Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, and Kerala over the next 2-3 days, while South Interior Karnataka may experience similar conditions after two days. Dense fog is likely across northern parts of India, extending from North India through Central and East India into Northeast India during this period. Maximum temperatures are expected to be near or above normal across India, while minimum temperatures are anticipated to be above to well above normal during this time.
