Light Rains Likely in Arunachal Pradesh & Tamil Nadu; Light Snowfall Expected in Jammu & Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh.

The Western disturbance seen as a cyclonic circulation over East Afghanistan in lower tropospheric levels. Two fresh Western Disturbances are likely to affect Northwest India after two days. Under their influence, Light to moderate rainfall and snowfall are expected over Jammu & Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh for the next 3-4 days. Meanwhile, Punjab, Haryana, and West Uttar Pradesh are likely to experience light to moderate rainfall tomorrow, continuing for the next 3-4 days. Rainfall activity is also anticipated over East Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Chhattisgarh after two days, persisting for another two days. A cyclonic circulation persists over northeast Assam at lower tropospheric levels. As a result, light to moderate rainfall, along with thunderstorms and lightning, is expected at a few places in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, and Meghalaya over the next two days. Under the influence of an easterly wave, Light to moderate rainfall accompanied with thunderstorm and lightning very likely at a few places over Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, and Kerala for next two days.
