Wheat Report
Wheat arrivals have significantly increased in the mandis of Madhya Pradesh, but stockists have also started active buying there. Currently, wheat is being traded at ₹2425 to ₹2450 per quintal (ex-warehouse), depending on moisture and dust levels. In Delhi, the price is hovering around ₹2590 to ₹2600 per quintal. This presents a good opportunity for stock buying, as active procurement has already started in Haryana, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, and Rajasthan. Despite the rise in mandi arrivals, a major price drop is unlikely because the government is also purchasing wheat at ₹2575 per quintal, including bonus. Considering these factors, the market is expected to remain strong or even firm up further.
