Northwest India: Heavy rainfall is expected today over Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, and Uttarakhand. Over the next five days, these three states along with Punjab and West Uttar Pradesh are likely to see light to moderate rain. Haryana and East Rajasthan may also experience similar rainfall, but only for the next two days. West India: The region is set to receive light to moderate rainfall accompanied by thunderstorms and lightning over the next four days. Gujarat is likely to see a heavy spell starting tomorrow, which may continue for two days. Konkan & Goa and parts of Maharashtra are also expected to receive rainfall over the next three days. East & Central India: Rainfall in this region is tapering off. Light to moderate showers are expected to end today in most areas. However, West Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh may still see rain over the next two days. East Madhya Pradesh is likely to dry up by tomorrow. West Bengal and Bihar are expected to receive rainfall again after a gap of five days. Northeast India: The region will continue to experience light to moderate rainfall, with heavy spells likely in Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, and Tripura over the next four days. Arunachal Pradesh is expected to see heavier rainfall starting tomorrow, continuing for three days. South Peninsular India:Light to moderate rainfall with thunderstorms and lightning is likely across the region over the next seven days. Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Coastal Karnataka are expected to receive heavier rainfall, which should subside by tomorrow.
