Wheat and mustartd crop damage due to hailstorm and rain in Haryana.

In Haryana, mustard and wheat crops have been damaged due to hailstorm in many areas for the second consecutive day. On Tuesday, hailstorm fell in Sirsa and Fatehabad, while on Wednesday, the hailstorm fell in Bhiwani area at around 4 pm. The Meteorological Department had issued warnings for the 26th and 27th of November this week, forecasting rain and hail in some districts of Haryana. Due to western disturbances, the weather suddenly changed on Tuesday and after afternoon, there was rain. Hails also fell in Sirsa and Fatehabad. Sharp hail fell in Sirsa, causing heavy damage to 3-4 villages mustard and wheat crop. Along with Sirsa and Fatehabad, hail has also fallen in Kurukshetra, Jind, Yamunanagar, Ambala, Kaithal. Winter has increased after hail and rain. According to the farmers, mustard has been the biggest loser because gentle mustard plants have been completely broken by hail.
