Chana is traded mixed at major centers. Chana traded weak at Delhi amid limited millers buying support at current levels due to weak demand in processed chana while it traded firm at Akola. Arrivals in Delhi decreased to 15 – 20 trucks compared to 30 trucks in previous session. According to the ministry data, chana sowing is lagging by 9.9% compared to 22% in the previous week. Near price trend in chana will depend on NAFED selling rate decisions and speculative behavior of speculators in future.
