Some parts of north and north east India might receive rainfall, western parts to remain dry

Due to confluence between westerlies and lower level easterlies from Bay of Bengal, rain is very likely over East India on 25th and fairly widespread rain/thundershower over Northeast India on 25th & 26th with isolated heavy rainfall over Odisha, Bihar and West Bengal & Sikkim and some parts of north east India on 25th February. Due to prevailing weather late blight may occur in potato and tomato in Odisha, spray 800 ml Dimethoate with 2 Kg Dithane-M-45 in 500 litres of water.
