Light to moderate rain can be witnessed at isolated places over almost entire regions of India
The well-marked low-pressure area has weakened into a low and was lying over north West Madhya Pradesh at 05:30 hours today. It is expected to weaken further by today evening moving in the North North-West direction over Uttar Pradesh.
Western disturbance is over Jammu & Kashmir.A cyclonic circulation is over Central Pakistan and adjoining parts of northwest Rajasthan. Another cyclonic circulation is over the Central part of Assam.A cyclonic circulation is over the Southeast Bay of Bengal and adjoining area. During the next 24 hours, light to moderate rain with few heavy spells are expected over Uttarakhand, east Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, parts of Jharkhand, North East India, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, parts of Kerala, coastal Karnataka, and Rayalaseema.
Scattered light to moderate rain may occur over parts of Himachal Pradesh, the rest of Uttar Pradesh, part of Chhattisgarh, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, sub–Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, and isolated pockets of Lakshadweep and coastal Andhra Pradesh.
Light rain with one or two moderator spells may occur over in Jharkhand, Gangetic West Bengal, Odisha, Lakshadweep, Jammu & Kashmir, Gilgit Baltistan, Muzaffarabad, and Ladakh.Light to moderate rain over Delhi, West UP, Haryana and Punjab is expected.
