A cyclonic circulation is over northeast Bihar and adjoining sub-Himalayan West Bengal. A cyclonic circulation is over the East Central Arabian Sea off Karnataka Coast. A cyclonic circulation is over interior Tamil Nadu. During the next 24 hours, light to moderate rain with few heavy spells are expected over Northeast India, Sikkim, parts of Madhya Maharashtra, Kerala, and coastal Karnataka. Light to moderate rain with one or two intense spells may occur over parts of Odisha, coastal Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Marathwada, and Vidarbha. Light to moderate rain, thunderstorm, and dust storm may occur over parts of Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, west Uttar Pradesh, and north Rajasthan. Light to moderate rain may occur over interior Tamil Nadu, interior Karnataka, western Himalayas, and parts of Chhattisgarh. Light rain may occur over Madhya Pradesh.
