A circulation is over Southwest Bihar and adjoining Southeast Uttar Pradesh. A trough from this circulation is extending up to Telangana across Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh. A trough is extending from North Punjab to Northeast Bay of Bengal across Haryana, West Uttar Pradesh, north Jharkhand, and Gangetic West Bengal at mean sea level. During the next 24 hours, light to moderate rain with few heavy spells are expected over North East India, parts of Sikkim, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, east Madhya Pradesh, and parts of Konkan and Goa. Scattered light to moderate rain with one or two intense spells may occur over Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, parts of Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, south Gujarat, southeast Rajasthan, and west Madhya Pradesh. Scattered light to moderate rain may occur over the western Himalayas, West Bengal, parts of Bihar, east and Central Uttar Pradesh, Vidarbha, Marathwada, Madhya Maharashtra, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, and Lakshadweep. Scattered rain with chances of dust storm may occur over parts of Punjab, Haryana, north Rajasthan, west Uttar Pradesh, and isolated pockets of Delhi NCR.
