A cyclonic circulation is over Jharkhand and adjoining areas. It is extending up to 5.8 kms above mean sea level and tilting south westward with height. A trough is extending from North Punjab to the Northeast Bay of Bengal across Haryana, West Uttar Pradesh, north Jharkhand, and Gangetic West Bengal. A trough is extending from cyclonic circulation over Jharkhand to the south coast of Andhra Pradesh across interior Odisha. An east west trough is extending from the cyclonic circulation over Jharkhand to Gujarat across North Chhattisgarh and South Madhya Pradesh at 700 hpa. A cyclonic circulation is over Central part of Pakistan. During the next 24 hours, light to moderate rain with few heavy spells are expected over North East India, parts of Sikkim, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, east Madhya Pradesh, and parts of Konkan and Goa. During the next 24 hours, scattered light to moderate rain with few heavy spells may occur over east Uttar Pradesh, Parts of Bihar, east and South Madhya Pradesh, part of Vidarbha, Konkan and Goa, and northeast India. Light to moderate rain with one or two intense spells may occur over west Bengal, Chhattisgarh, parts of Odisha, Marathwada, and parts of Telangana. Scattered light to moderate rain may occur over coastal Karnataka, southeast Rajasthan, south Gujarat, parts of Kerala, interior Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Light rain with dust storm activities may occur over parts of Punjab, Haryana, northwest and northeast Rajasthan, Delhi, and West Uttar Pradesh. Light rain with one or two moderate spells may occur over Western Himalayas.
