A cyclonic circulation is over the Eastern parts of Rajasthan. A trough is extending from east Uttar Pradesh to northeast Assam across Bihar and sub-Himalayan West Bengal. A trough is extending from east Uttar Pradesh to Telangana across Chhattisgarh. During the next 24 hours, light to moderate rain with one or two heavy spells may occur over Bihar, sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, parts of Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, and Tripura. Light to moderate rain with one or two intense spells may occur over northeast Uttar Pradesh, parts of Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, coastal Karnataka, Kerala, Lakshadweep, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, isolated pockets of Telangana, and coastal Andhra Pradesh. Light rain with one or two moderate spells may occur over the rest of Bihar, Gangetic West Bengal, Odisha, East and South Madhya Pradesh, Konkan and Goa, parts of Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada, and Rayalaseema.
