Light rain with one or two moderate spells may occur over Punjab, parts of north Rajasthan, Haryana, Delhi, parts of Uttar Pradesh and Bihar

A low-pressure area is persisting over west-central and adjoining northwest Bay of Bengal off north Andhra Pradesh and South Odisha coast. An associated cyclonic circulation is extending up to 5.8 kms above mean sea level. A trough is extending from western part of Rajasthan to the low-pressure area across east Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, South Chhattisgarh, Odisha, and the north coast of Andhra Pradesh. A cyclonic circulation is over the central parts of Rajasthan. Another cyclonic circulation is over North Pakistan and the adjoining areas. During the next 24 hours, light to moderate rain with few heavy spells may occur over Western Himalayas, parts of north Punjab, coastal Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Marathwada, Madhya Maharashtra, Konkan and Goa, coastal Karnataka, north interior Karnataka, and parts of Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Scattered light to moderate rain with one or two intense spells may occur over Northeast India, Sikkim, Kerala, parts of Gujarat, south west and South Madhya Pradesh, southeast Rajasthan and parts of South Chhattisgarh. Light rain may occur over the remaining parts of Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, remaining parts of Rajasthan, isolated pockets of Haryana, Delhi, parts of Bihar, West Bengal, Jharkhand, Odisha, north Chhattisgarh, East Madhya Pradesh, south interior Karnataka, Rayalaseema, Tamil Nadu and Lakshadweep.
