The low-pressure area is over Kutch and adjoining area. Associated cyclonic circulation is extending up to 3.1 Kms above mean sea level, it is tilting Southwards with height. A trough is extending from cyclonic circulation over Kutcha to Northwest Rajasthan. A cyclonic circulation is over north Telangana and adjoining area. The Offshore trough is extending from South Konkan and Goa to Kerala coast. Another cyclonic circulation is seen over Assam. During the next 24 hours, moderate to heavy rain is expected over Konkan and Goa, coastal Karnataka and parts of Kerala. Light to moderate rain with isolated heavy spells may occur over South Gujarat, Madhya Maharashtra, part of Marathwada, isolated pockets of Telangana and Vidarbha, Sikkim, sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland and Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Scattered light to moderate rain with one or two intense spells may occur western Himalayas, parts of Punjab, Haryana, northwest Uttar Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, interior Karnataka, north coast of Andhra Pradesh and Rayalaseema. Light rain is possible for over Delhi, parts of Rajasthan, rest Gujarat, parts of Bihar, Lakshadweep, Jharkhand, Odisha, West Bengal and rest Northeast India.
