Light to moderate rain with one or two intense spells may occur over Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Gujarat, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, parts of Madhya Pradesh and Jharkhand

A low-pressure area over the north-central Madhya Pradesh has now moved over Northwest Madhya Pradesh. An associated cyclonic circulation is extending up to 5.8 kms above mean sea levels tilting southwards with height. An offshore trough is extending from the Karnataka coast to Kerala coast. A cyclonic circulation is over Northwest Rajasthan. During the next 24 hours, light to moderate rain with few heavy spells are possible over east Rajasthan, coastal Karnataka, Kerala, parts of Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, parts of Bihar, Jharkhand, north Odisha, and West Bengal. Light to moderate rain with one or two intense spells may occur over Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Gujarat, Konkan and Goa, Chhattisgarh, parts of Madhya Pradesh, Sikkim, Mizoram, Tripura, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, and Konkan and Goa. Light rain with one or two moderate spells may occur over MP, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, parts of Telangana, the rest of Odisha, Rayalaseema, and Lakshadweep.
