Light rain is possible over south Chhattisgarh, parts of Odisha, Arunachal Pradesh, moderate rain over Andhra Pradesh, parts of Karnataka and Tamil Nadu

The well-marked low-pressure area over West Central and adjoining Southwest Arabian Sea has weakened into a low-pressure area. Associated cyclonic circulation is extending up to mid tropospheric levels. Its impact will be negligible over Indian mainland. A trough from the cyclonic circulation associated with low pressure area over Arabian Sea is extending up to North Maharashtra coast. A cyclonic circulation is over southeast Bay of Bengal adjoining area. A low-pressure area is likely to form under its influence by tomorrow and will move in West Northwest the direction towards Tamil Nadu coast.

During the next 24 hours, scattered light to moderate rain with one or two intense spells may occur over Andaman and Nicobar Islands, coastal Andhra Pradesh, parts of Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.

Light rain with few moderate spells may occur over Kerala, parts of Telangana, isolated pockets of Marathwada, parts of Konkan and Goa and Madhya Maharashtra. Light rain is possible over south Chhattisgarh, parts of Odisha, Lakshadweep, Arunachal Pradesh, parts of Assam and Nagaland. Cold wave conditions are expected over parts of Haryana and Rajasthan. Minimum temperatures may fall by 2-3 degree Celsius over parts of Northwest India and Central India.
