During the next 24 hours, light to moderate rain with isolated heavy rain is very likely over Kerala, Karnataka, parts of Lakshadweep, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Maharashtra, Gujarat region, South Rajasthan, parts of Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura. The monsoon trough at mean sea level is passing through Jaisalmer, Udaipur, Bhopal, Mandla, Raipur, Bhubaneswar and then south-eastwards East Central Bay of Bengal. Light rain is possible over Jharkhand, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, North Rajasthan, East Madhya Pradesh and Tamil Nadu. A low-pressure area is expected to develop over Northwest and adjoining West Central Bay of Bengal.
