Light to moderate rain is possible over Northeast India, West Bengal, Sikkim, part of Jharkhand, North interior Karnataka, Kerala and Gujarat
During the next 24 hours, moderate to heavy rain is possible over Konkan and Goa, south Gujarat and parts of Madhya Maharashtra. The well-marked low-pressure area is over Northwest and adjoining West Central way of south Odisha and North Andhra Pradesh coast. Associated cyclonic circulation is extending up to 7.6 above mean sea level tilting South-westwards and is expected to move in West Northwest direction across Odisha and Chhattisgarh.
Light rain is possible over Western Himalayas, parts of Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, coastal Andhra Pradesh, south interior Karnataka, Lakshadweep and at one or two places of Haryana and Punjab. Light to moderate rain is possible over Northeast India, West Bengal, Sikkim, part of Jharkhand, North interior Karnataka, Kerala and Gujarat. Scattered light to moderate rain with few heavy spells is possible over Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, Marathwada, parts of Telangana, coastal Karnataka, southeast Rajasthan and at one or two places over Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
