Another western disturbance exists as a trough in westerlies in and upper tropospheric levels and runs roughly along Long. 65°E and to the north of 27°N. An induced cyclonic circulation lies over south Pakistan and neighbourhood in lower tropospheric levels. Isolated to scattered rainfall with thunderstorms and lightning is very likely over the Western Himalayan Region, over Punjab and Rajasthan. Isolated hailstorms are also possible over Uttarakhand.

Due to the likely interaction of a middle tropospheric westerly trough with lower-level easterly winds over central parts of Peninsular India and East India, isolated to scattered light or moderate rainfall is likely over north interior Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Interior Karnataka, east Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, West Bengal and Jharkhand.
