The arrival of paddy has completely ended in all the producing markets of UP Haryana Punjab Rajasthan. On the other hand, both exporters and stockists have started purchasing, due to which the price of all types of Basmati rice has increased by Rs 100/200 per quintal in the last week. Here 1509 Sela rice has been sold at Rs 6900/7000 per quintal and steam rice has become Rs 8200. The reality is that after the continuous decline for the last 3 months, most of the goods have been cut by the stockists and the paddy which is going for milling is still costing Rs 300/350 more expensive than the current price, due to which there is a slight rise in the market in the coming days.
