A cyclonic circulation lies over southeast Arabian Sea off south Kerala coast in lower tropospheric levels. Light to moderate rain with a few heavy spells may occur over Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and South Karnataka. Scattered light to moderate rain may occur over Andaman and Nicobar Islands, coastal Karnataka, South Konkan and Goa, South Chhattisgarh, Telangana, and South Odisha. Light rain may occur over Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Northeast India, Sikkim and Lakshadweep. Moderate to dense fog conditions very likely in isolated pockets of northeast Uttar Pradesh during morning hours.
