A cyclonic circulation is currently affecting the central parts of the south Arabian Sea, as well as the central parts of the south Bay of Bengal. Light to moderate rain with a few heavy spells is possible over South Tamil Nadu, and Kerala. Light to moderate rain may occur over, coastal Karnataka, Goa and South interior Karnataka. Light rain is possible over South Andhra Pradesh, South Telangana, North interior Karnataka, and Northeast India. We do not expect any improvement in the air quality index of Delhi and NCR, and it will remain in the very poor to severe category. Moderate to dense fog is likely to occur in isolated areas of Northeast Uttar Pradesh during the morning. Dry conditions are expected to prevail across most parts of the country.
